Campus was compatible for the military enrollment of National Defense in 2015 to host the activity -- “Elite Project” in order that the students from high/ vocational schools acknowledged completely to the three armed services—Army, Navy and Air Force as well as implemented adequately all-out defense education and philosophy. It was full of activities such as simulator-flight experience, outcome of clubs exhibition, water-rocket experience, equipment fair, and military history museums visit as well as other projects. Specially, the invitation was composed of 300 students chosen from the northern, central and southern zones of each high and vocational schools. It was delegated by Colonel Hu, the Deputy Director of Manpower Planning Division at the Ministry of Defense, accompanied by MG Yan-Ting Chang, Superintendent, CAFA. Furthermore, Superintendent Chang hosted the opening ceremony in person at CKS Auditorium in CAFA and also explained a long tradition of outstanding ethos of CAFA campus to these participants, the prominence of education, the facilities of education as well as the vision of future. At the same time, he affirmatively complimented these students who participated in this event that is to take the first step toward the success and sincerely hoped after they go through the activity to vigorously apply for military academies as well as marvelously create their own extraordinary life.

After the briefing, Superintendent Chang personally accompanied the students to visit the simulators room, military history museums and water rocket experience. Meanwhile, visiting activity is publicly for taking photos such as AT-3, T-34C two airplanes, new fire engines and V150-- an armoured vehicle. After that, these students appreciated the outcome of campus clubs’ exhibition in order to make them understand the lively vividness of the cadets at CAFA. Ultimately, the activity of the entire itinerary not only reached the climax of highlight but also left a perfect beaming termination.

Superintendent Chang stated his expectation that these students participated the journey --"Elite Project", and had sufficiently basic environmental awareness and a sense of identity with the military. Moreover, they could influence their counterparts’ willingness to apply for military academies for cultivating influential talents with our country.
