A group of 86 including Vice President Yang Xing-Wei of the 60th Class of R.O.C. Air Force Academy Alumni Association, his classmates and their family made a return visit to the Academy. The group was warmly welcomed by Superintendent Major-General Wang and Dean for Academic Affairs Colonel Wu.

As part of the event, the group toured the Air Force Museum, the Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, two aircraft displays, and experienced the simulators at Flight Training Command. The tour gave visiting veterans a better understanding of how new pilots are being trained. A riveting guided tour at the Air Force Museum on the history and evolution of the R.O.C. Air Force also made many veterans feel a strong sense of nostalgia as well as pride at being a part of the Air Force.
