To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Air Force Academy, an anniversary celebration and alumni banquet was held by the Academy on August 30. A hundred Academy alumni and instructors were invited to a “homecoming” event where they not only gave their blessings to the Academy but also shared their stories at a banquet.
A total of 150 instructors including Xia Ying-Zhou, Feng Shi-Kuan, Peng Jin-Ming, and Lei Yu-Qi joined in wishing the Academy the best of luck and success in cultivating talented pilots for defending our national airspace.
The festive atmosphere on the day gave fellow cadets, superiors and subordinates the chance to meet with other alumni that they have not seen for a long time. Everyone felt very happy and gratified. A group photo with all attendees served as the perfect conclusion to the event.
