With Lunar New Year approaching, the R.O.C. Air Force Academy and the R.O.C. Air Force Flight Training Command will jointly hold the "Ink and Prosperity, Welcome the Dragon of Fortune" Spring Calligraphy Event on January 18th, 2024. The event will be hosted by Major General Hu, the academy's principal. Renowned calligraphy masters from the Tainan Provincial Institute of Calligraphy and Painting, including Hsi-Kuei Wang, Tung-Hsien Lien, Wu-Sung Chen, and Chang-Hsin Ho, have been specially invited to demonstrate their calligraphy skills and present their work to officers, soldiers, and students, sharing the joy of the new year together.
Principal Major General Hu expresses his gratitude for the calligraphy masters' presence and encourages officers, soldiers, and students to not only excel in their duties and studies but also to learn more about the beauty of Chinese culture and arts. This, in turn, will enhance personal artistic cultivation, nurture the soul, and contribute to the lively atmosphere of the camp during the Spring Festival, uniting the officers and soldiers.
