On January 22, 2016, General Education Center director Fu Ming-yue and Dean Sun Chi-kuo visited National Defense University to sign the agreement of joining the ROC Military Institution General Education Strategic Alliance in order to integrate education resources and organization operation for the purpose of promoting mutual support and laying a solid foundation for personnel cultivation by the ROC Military.
