Employment is usually guaranteed after graduation. Cadets who are physically eligible for air force duties may proceed to receive pilot training and then be allocated to air force wings for pilot missions. The rest may continue with expertise-specific training and then be allocated to air bases for logistic duties such as aircraft maintenance and air defense artillery.
