Air Force Academy is the only school that cultivate pilots for military aircrafts. The four departments including Aeronautics and Astronautics, Avionic Engineering, Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering, and Aviation Management develop the best timbers. Their special skills won’t be replaced also in the society. After retirement, the military pilots can choose to be commercial pilots or join the ground staff. For Engineering of Aeronautics and Astronautics is the mainstream of development of the 21st century, it’s the best timing to join it.
The graduates are equipped with all kinds of professional knowledge of aviation to be able to serve every position. They can also attain master and doctor’s degrees domestically or abroad, and choose to teach or research back in the academy. In the areas of academy and aviation and ground, the graduates could achieve self-realization and perfection of self. The Air Force’s personnel management enables the officers to build the academic and practical experiences to choose, develop and make use of timbers; the graduate aviation officers, judged by the total grades and ability of foreign languages, are trained according to separate aircrafts, and will be assigned to cell units after the training is complete. By the personal will and demand of missions, advanced studies or all kinds of jobs are assigned to exploit one’s talent and potential.

The students of professional programs will in instructed in separate professional academies after graduation. After the instruction is done, they will be assigned to all kinds of units. Afterwards, the assignments are similar to Aviation Teams.
Lieutenant Officers: The five-year basic training is conducted by aviation and general staff jobs. Officers will be able to improve aviation profession and ability of resource, and complete combat general staff program for upper positions
